Refund Policy
Reservations

Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation will receive a full refund. This allows us time to adjust for staffing and accommodate other guests.

Same-Day Cancellations: Unfortunately, reservations canceled within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, as we have already reserved your space and prepared accordingly.
Events and Deposits

Private Event Bookings: For events such as parties or special gatherings, we require a deposit to secure your booking.

Cancellation Window: If you cancel your event at least 7 days in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, deposits are non-refundable due to the cost of preparation and reserved space.
Food & Drink Orders

Order Issues: If your order arrives with errors (wrong items, missing items, or defects), please inform our staff or management immediately. We will offer a replacement or a refund based on the nature of the issue.

Refund Process: Requests for refunds due to order issues must be made at the time of service or within 24 hours for takeout/delivery orders.

No Refunds on Completed Orders: Once food and drink orders are prepared and consumed without complaint, refunds will not be issued unless there is a verifiable issue with the product or service.
